The Place is church - but not as we know it! It encompasses a series of informal discussions and events aimed at helping us to think about life and faith.  These informal "get-togethers" are usually based on a topical theme often with a speaker or panel. It is held in Holy Rood's church centre from 5-7pm on the first Sunday of the month (not January or August): drinks and snacks are served throughout the evening.

On the 7th of March "The Place" will be considering the topic "Doing Church Differently". We will be exploring ways of "being church" in the 21st century! Come along and join the debate of how we can make the church more relevant to today's generation.
